Green gold is a registered association of farmers who are like minded, innovative and enthusiastic. All farmers are the people who are working in fields from many years. Since Corona pandemic started these farmers were kept aways from their fields due to many reasons like lack of manpower, finance etc. Green gold has taken initiative to bring these farmers back to their fields. Green gold provides them machinery, Technology and finance.

Green gold offers a market and good price for farm goods to associated farmers. For exports green gold is in collaboration with Silk route exporters.

Green gold also provokes farmers to experiment new crops in their farms along with traditional cultivations. Mainly we try to cultivate cash crops, which gives farmers a cash in regular frequency. We are connected with many agricultural universities and Government research institutes. We take their advice as and when required. These scientists provide us guidance by visiting our farms personally.

In the Konkan region the rice has been planted for many years. Mango and Cashew are the local fruits. But now farmers are cultivating different variants of Rice (White, Red/ Brown, Black), Turmeric, Aloe Vera, Lemon, Black pepper, watermelon, Banana, Alphonso mangoes and various cashew products. Green gold had expanded its boundaries to accommodate active farmers from other locations of Maharashtra. Therefore, now green gold has more types of crops available for sale. These crops are onion, maize, grapes, pomegranate, potato and green chilli. We also extract essential oils from lemongrass, patchouli and geranium.
